Bring back those Canadian winter games mittens!!! Paralympics kick off tomorrow in Vancouver! Vernon's gold-medal wheelchair curler Sonja Gaudet, will be carrying the torch in the Paralympics relay in Vancouver today at 4:07!

The Paralympics open at B.C. Place tomorrow, March 12, and run in Vancouver and Whistler until March 21.

Conan O'Brien announced today his upcoming 30 city comedy tour, The Legally Prohibited From Being On Television Tour, and sources are saying hes working for free!! - he's only doing it to keep members of his former Tonight Show working!!

He'll be at Vancouver's Orpheum Theatre on April 13. Ticket prices start at $39.50 for the show, which according to a news release, "promises to be a night of music, comedy, hugging, and the occasional awkward silence." Tickets are available now at www.TeamCoco.com or through www.Ticketmaster.com.

OMG! AVERAGE WOMAN SPENDS OVER $13,000 ON MAKEUP IN LIFETIME:
A British study found that the average woman spends $13,441 on make-up in her lifetime. From the age of 16, a woman will shop for mascara, foundation and lipstick at least five times a year, spending at least $39 each time. The research also found that 70 percent of women never leave the house without applying some form of cosmetics, and that a fifth of the nation's boyfriends have never seen their partners without make-up -- even in bed. Sixty-eight per cent of the 3,000 women polled said they feel more confident in full make-up, and rarely let people see them without it. Half said they wear make up all the time and 41 percent said they would be mortified if a colleague saw them without it. (Daily Mail)
