It is the weekend and while we are all cheering Canada on to the medal podium there is some other stuff going on....here's some details: Sunday is Yoga and Ski day at the Sovereign Lake Nordic Centre............lessons will be offered to work on your nordic ski technique, a delicious lunch will be provided and the day concludes with a yoga. Part of the proceeds will also go towards helping JCI’s Sharla Zandvliet- she needs a hand getting to JCI’s conference of the Americas REPRESENTING CANADA as effective speaking champion in Argentina in May.
